Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant the Jurnal Neuroanestesi Indonesia (JNI) the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

This license permits others to share and adapt the published work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and to its initial publication in the Jurnal Neuroanestesi Indonesia (JNI), and that any adapted material is distributed under the same license.

Authors who publish with JNI agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention
    Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant JNI the right of first publication under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

  2. Non-Exclusive Distribution
    Authors may enter into additional separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, provided that the original publication in the Jurnal Neuroanestesi Indonesia (JNI) is properly acknowledged.

  3. Author Self-Archiving
    Authors are permitted and encouraged to share their work through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other appropriate academic platforms, provided that the publication in JNI is acknowledged and, where applicable, a link to the journal publication is included.

  4. Attribution
    Any reuse, sharing, or adaptation of the published work must provide appropriate credit to the authors and acknowledge the Jurnal Neuroanestesi Indonesia (JNI) as the original publisher.

  5. Non-Commercial Use
